Return Policy

Sierra Adventure Gear will accept all products that are returned to us in its original condition and within 20 days of our shipping. After 20 days, this policy becomes null and void.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
(miss-shipped or defective products will not be charged). All merchandise purchased on sale or special order will not be eligible for return. Sierra Adventure Gear reserves the right to refuse returned items that appear to be used, adjusted, damaged or the original packaged is defaced or absent upon return.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is defective, you have within 20 days to return the item. Once we have received the defective item and determine that the item is defective, we will resend you a new item at no additional charges.

Back Ordered Product

Sierra Adventure Gear makes every attempt to note when an order has a back order status prior to purchasing. However, if you place an order on an item that is currently on a back order and you were not notified, we will give you the option for a full refund. Please request the refund prior to the product being shipped. Once shipped, the product will no longer be considered a back ordered item and will be handled as a returned product as described in the policy above.

Warranty Information

The manufacturing company is responsible for all warranties for their products. Sierra Adventure Gear is not responsible for any warranties and do not offer any extended options. Due to Luminox policy, Luminox watches sold by Sierra Adventure Gear are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refunds

Expect your refund in approximately 4 weeks of returning your package. The 4 weeks includes the shipping transit time and the time for us and your bank to process the refund request. In many cases this time span is a lot shorter. We will notify you via email once your returned item has been received and the refund has been processed.

Items to include in the return package:

1. The product in the manufacturer’s original packaging
2. The original or a copy of the packaging slip
3. A note on or attached to the packaging slip clearly stating the reason for return
