Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received (except for weekends and holidays). Orders received on Friday will be shipped Monday (next business day). If you would like to expedite your order, we do offer 2 and 3 day shipping (weekends and holidays are excluded).
Sierra Adventure Gear will make every attempt to get your order out on time, even so there are occasionally reasons your shipment will be delayed, such as:
- Incorrect billing information. To avoid this please make sure that the address you enter matches the billing address that the bank has on file.
- Incorrect shipping address
- A back order on a particular product. We do try to inform you prior to purchase on any orders that currently have a back order status. However, if you place an order on an item that is not noted before purchasing, we will give you the option of a full refund as long as the refund is requested prior to shipment.
- A circumstance beyond our control
